A good year and a half ago, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro were introduced , including ANC and Huawei Kirin A1 as SoC. Now the successor FreeBuds Pro 2 is ready to be sold and should cost 199 euros according to Huawei . Again, these are wireless in-ears that are supposed to score particularly well with the sound with the ultra-hearing true sound dual driver system. The earphones were developed in cooperation with the hi-fi specialists from DEVIALET. Among other things, the ANC has been improved and is therefore now also called ANC 2.0 (increases the average ANC depth by 15% compared to the previous product generation and covers larger frequency ranges (50 Hz – 3,000 kHz) with a maximum ANC depth of up to down to 47 dB).

The HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 support the high-resolution LDAC codec and have the HWA and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. They also offer transmission rates of up to 990 kbps. According to Huawei, the bone conduction microphone, three additional microphones and the exclusive Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm for noise reduction ensure the best voice quality. It is said to be able to recognize and suppress all kinds of distractions. The full specs can be found here .
